This is my personal manifesto for creativity in business.

A woman’s appearance in business is part of her personal performance. But uniform and clichés are not the key to professionalism.

I notice around me women in search for the safety net of conformity in their business wear, just because they want to feel secure and unjudged.

I also see creative women, daring and astute, with sense of humour and self-acceptance, bold without losing any inch of their femininity, who understand the business wear not as a restriction for self-expression but rather as a catalyst for it.

I choose as an iconic piece for my collection the white shirt, as it is “the little black dress” in business. A balanced shirt, impeccably crafted, naturally woven, with smooth care for details. I also propose in my collection shirts with personality and flair, self-stated and yet generous, as playground for accessories. Beyond the overwhelming standards of a simple white shirt, I’d like to open a whole universe of possibilities to enjoy a shirt in business.


Dear women, I challenge you to charisma, creativity, self-expression and “joie de vivre” in your business outfits. As I like to put it: enjoy your business with a “refreshing twist”.
